Product description: This antique Lacquered bowl features a beautiful fujiyama pattern that adds a touch of elegance and traditional charm. The design of plum blossoms and birds in uneven iron rust maki-e, which is unique to Aizu lacquerware, gives off a unique presence along with a Japanese atmosphere.
On the reverse side of the lid is the auspicious red Fuji,
When you open the lid of the austere Tame-nuri bowl, a beautiful Mt Fuji jumps into your eyes. This Japanese tableware has been meticulously designed with the user in mind.
The bowls are a symbol of Japanese culture.
They are used not only for soup, but also for simmered dishes, salads and soups.
